Wellness is in our DNA and it shows. Our state-of-the-art 1,600 square foot fitness center with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the beautiful Ameswell lawn and pool offer a wide range of strength training and cardio equipment, from free weights to Peloton bikes.

We also have live classes streaming on two Lululemon Mirrors – from yoga and ballet to Zumba and boxing. In-person yoga and other classes are often offered on the Ameswell lawn. Please check with the front desk for a schedule.

One Mirror. Endless Workouts. Now you can try the workout everyone has been raving about.
From yoga to boxing, meditation to strength training, the Mirror from Lululemon offers daily live streamed classes and a library of over 4,000 classes you can choose from to keep up your daily practice or pick up a new one.

Their premium quality training mat, dumbbells and resistance bands provide limitless options for your workout. This space efficient system replaces 19 pairs of dumbbells from 2.5 – 46 lbs.

The Ameswell Hotel has partnered with local Bay Area company, Fitnesse, to provide all the equipment you need to train effectively in the comfort of your Wellness King Room.

Leave the world behind in one of our spa treatment rooms, which feature full bathrooms with showers, creating a completely private space for you to relax and refresh. Unwind with complimentary water or a warm cup of soothing tea. Slip on a soft robe and get ready to feel renewed.

We offer a variety of traditional and unique massage and facial services, as well as appointments with nutritionists who can help you with a dietary plan that is just right for you.

Lululemon’s Mirror is also available in each treatment room, along with adjustable weights, resistance bands and yoga mats by Fitnesse. Reserve the room before your treatment to grab a virtual or live-streamed workout class or stay after your service for a meditation session.
